2019 / BUILDING FOR PUBLIC LIFE
The North Avenue housing project comprises 36 duplex bungalows for Members of Parliament. Inaugurated on 18 August 2019, the project reflects the quality and coordination demanded by official residences.
Swanil served as the main contractor for Parnika Commercial & Estates Pvt. Ltd., with CPWD as Project Management Consultant.
