Adaptation: boundaries simplified for a website-scale project navigation map;
coordinates projected to SVG and sampled for the dust formation animation.
The base dataset includes 28 states and 8 union territories. Project locations
are independently mapped from Swanil's supplied portfolio; boundary shapes
are not used to imply company activity in unhighlighted regions.
